Unique Szamboti Framed Items

I have something really cool and authentic to offer the serious Szamboti collector or enthusiast. With permission from the Szamboti family, I have put together a short series of pencil etchings made from Gus Szamboti's original inlay patterns. These were the prototype designs used to build the metal patterns to cut each Szamboti inlay! The real deal as crafted by Gus himself.

Each pattern has been carefully etched on original Gus Szamboti stationary bearing his old shop address in Pendel. Additionally, both original business cards are included with an authentic Szamboti promotional post card and business cards from both Barry and Jimmy Szamboti. These items are all authentic, and come from a lot of old Gus Szamboti memorabilia I recently acquired.

All items are tastefully framed with a felt green mat to the best professional standards. Each etching is hand done and totally unique. Each etching is signed by Barry with comments that identify the inlay or a detail of its special family history. No copies...no duplication...no mass production. If you have this item, or choose to buy the series, you will have a magnificent Szamboti collectable like no other in existence.

I will list images of all the other frames in this collection in the gallery section. For this thread, please enjoy the example that features Gus' Peacock, 4 piece diamond and iconic Propeller.

I hope you find them as interesting as I do. Proof of authenticity including a signed certificate is available to the buyer. Price will be reasonable despite the exclusivity of this item and trades will be considered. Framing cost per item was $250 but actual selling price will not be disclosed publicly. Serious inquiries invited to call or text me directly. 401 439-1311

These frames will be offered, if not sold before then, at the Windy City show in October.

WOW! Very nice. I can't wait to see them at the show if not sold yet. What a great piece of history.

I've heard so many good things about this upcoming show, I'm sure it will be a huge success. The right people and the right cues will be there.

This collection will be consigned to Little Kenny of FourKingsCues and if he doesn't snap it up for his own wall, will be a rare offering indeed.

Best of luck with the show

Szamboti

May not make it to show, I love this : )
Szamboti, even the name sounds Sinister!

Thanks Greg. Check out the other frames in the gallery. I have 7 in all, each with different patterns etched. The set would be incredible in someone's pool room.

I hear you Myron. I toyed with the idea of buying Art Cantando's table but with only 1 room large enough for it I would have to get rid of my couch...there would be no place to entertain or relax. That might make sense for some, even for me at one time, but my bachelor days and pool playing nights are behind me.

Still, the walls would have looked great...
It's not the life I expected, but I got no regrets. I just want collectables like these to find a home with one who appreciates what they are and likes the finer things.
