Just for grins and giggles try removing the bumper and see if there is a folded up piece of blue paper with the cue's description. It has similarities to Jerry Rauenzahn's work when he was in his early years. The rounded inlays in the butt sleeve, and I've personally seen the green marble plastic in his shop a few years ago when I visted him for a week learning some of his skills.
It's a long shot, but worth the time.

No way it's a Viking? Just looks like a Viking to me.
I thought this might be the most likely possibility, as well, but can't find it in any of their old literature. Supposedly no markings on the cue. Nothing looks close and wrong bumper.
