Without markings it could have been made by any of a few thousand guys building cues in a spare bedroom. It has that look. Can anyone tell me which cue is this, and its value,it has no markings on butt???

Its very good, good balanceVery simple cue based on components and execution. The forearm and points are from a manufacturer produced cheap house cue. Then the rings and buttsleeve were added.
Like the OP said, anybody with a Cuesmith Deluxe could build it. The shaft might be worth more than the butt. How's it play??

It looks like a homemade project using a house cue, 5/16-18 flat face with a weird half joint.
I doubt it was made by a cuemaker but if you need a cue to play with...what the heck
