Without markings it could have been made by any of a few thousand guys building cues in a spare bedroom. It has that look.

Very simple cue based on components and execution. The forearm and points are from a manufacturer produced cheap house cue. Then the rings and buttsleeve were added.

Like the OP said, anybody with a Cuesmith Deluxe could build it. The shaft might be worth more than the butt. How's it play??

It looks like a homemade project using a house cue, 5/16-18 flat face with a weird half joint.
I doubt it was made by a cuemaker but if you need a cue to play with...what the heck

if the buttsleeve were maple, it would look much more attractive. It's a bit of a mutt as is. Nothing wrong with sneaky pete's though, as long as it rolls straight, it should play nicely and many guys are out there that like those mongrel cues (I'm one of them).

Weird flat face with a pilot and 14 threads, I guessing not an original shaft. Me too would say the shaft is worth more then the butt, if you're into that type of thing
