Unknown cue, possibly for sale!

Here's a custom cue and extra shaft I purchased off of flea bay within 1 hour of opening auction. The first thing I noticed was the 5/16-14 pin and the ringwork. Any ideas on who might be the maker? I plan to have Steve Klapp perform surgery on it, aka full refinish, and put it up for sale!

I would say its a Palmer.. I have a friend local to me that has one in natural maple just like it.. I will edit my post with a link to the thread and pictures

Its a Palmer from the Ray Martin series and the pin is 5/16-18

I dont see why he wouldn't accept a money order. If it were my cue I would accept it and tell the buyer the cue will ship when the money order clears the bank it was drawn on... simple... somethin' fishy here imo

Yeah , that really sucks Felix ,lol, I was REALLY looking forward to getting my hands on that one. I even offered him an extra $50, but he hasn't responded back yet.
