Unknown Cue

I wanted to see what the cue experts out there might have an opinion of the identity of the maker of the cue. I bought the cue from a gentleman that indicated the cue was made Japan and the information he gathered was the cue was a porotype 16 of 25 which Miki Mezz made for Helmstetter.
