Unknown GINA style custom cue (with Ivory inlays?) on ebay.

I love the looks of this cue, but I am not sure about the quality, or if it came from a decent cue makers shop.

Any idea's on who may have made the cue, or if it may be an import (from Philippines for example)?

What threw me off the most was the cheap quality joint (looks like a 5/16x18 flat faced Meucci style joint), and I do not think that any decent quality cue would have come with a joint of that type, but I do not know.

Thanks for any thoughts about the cue.

I think it has to be Chinese.
 
Ferrule work horrible, shaft collar work poorly machined... That's just what you CAN see. Imagine what you can't. Not worth the current bid imho...
