unknown maker ?

[DECO CUE]

I purchased this cue on ebay around 2005-6 it has a name on it but I don't think it is the maker it looks like a Phillipino cue to me.
Here are some specs joint pin 5/16-18,weight bolt 3/8-16,brass inserts on shafts,handle 29" 13.95 oz shafts 29" 4.2oz & 4.1oz.
Forearm 12 1/16" long,wrap 11",butt sleeve 5 7/8 long,joint dia .861 butt of cue dia 1.252.Ivory jointView attachment 120450
