unknown old blank from the late 60s to mid 70s

I aquired this with several old titlist and some other old plain blanks. Wondered if anyone knew who may have made it. The gentleman I purchased it from said it was stored away for the last 25 years and He had bought it from someone in New York who also had it for a while.

Mike Fedunka did sneaky blanks with a similar butterfly joint under the wrap. Don't know if he ever did veneered blanks though.
