Unknown Pool Cue (Help Identify)

Hi,

I'm new to this forum and just wanted some information on a pool cue if anyone can help. I bought this pool cue from an old friend in the Army in 2007 while serving together in Kuwait. I have attached a picture of the intials of the person who made the custom cue and a picture of the cue itself. I would like to know who made this cue and what it's worth. I can post more attachments if needed.

It is a David Barber cue and I would say its worth around 300 or so.
