Unknown-Possibly Custom Cue For Sale

This cue belonged to a friend's father, who just recently passed away. She will be selling quite a number of high end and custom made cues soon (Schon, Mezz, Dishaw, etc.) Does anyone recognize this cue and have a fair value? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated as she's trying to cover expenses. Thank you all very much in advance.

It seems to Be a import cue probably from the Philippines **
Not much value here to be honest. (45-65$)
