Thank you for the great Bob Frey you sold me. I could not believe how great this cue felt in my hand. It is effortless to spin the cue ball.

I also like the ivory X ferrule, the hit is really "sharp" and powerful.

You are such a wonderful person to deal with, I want to thank you publicly for a truly enjoyable and smooth experience.

I am having problem deciding whether I should use my Southwest or this new Frey last night in the tournament, so I took both of them with me.

I am really impressed with the hit of this cue, the balance is so perfect for me. I still am not sure which cue I should use as my main playing cue.

The Bob Frey is plain, but I like the hit. However, with my new Justis case, I really want to carry a more fancy cue. If I were a player(which I am not ) I would have chosen to use the Bob Frey in a heartbeat, and never change cue again.

I am not sure if all Bob Frey hit this wonderful, but the one you sold me simply hits like a dream.
