This is a rare unused set of Raschig billiard balls with their original box. They are the standard 2 1/4" in diameter. Raschig balls were made in West Germany but are no longer being made. These balls were made with a 1.4mm deep polish, making the surface extremely resistant to damage while maintaining a constant long lasting high luster. These balls were made with very high quality pure, dyed cast phenolic resins with a completely homogeneous composition with the exact center of gravity in the absolute middle of the ball. They show practically no dimensional and weight tolerance variation, are fully resistant to high and low temperatures and always maintain their perfect sphericity. These balls achieved the tightest specifications and are the most accurate of any pool ball ever made. The long lasting luster on these balls are incredible, and many say they were the most beautiful balls ever made. These rare balls are very hard to find, especially in an unused condition with their original box and are very collectible. Note that the picture does not do the balls justice, and any white dots, etc. on the balls are only reflection from the camera. I am selling these balls for $425.
