UPA Got it right

Re: To Vagabound

Thanks for the kind words, however the gentleman that I played in the finals at the California State 9 ball Championships was not C.J. Wiley. It was Fransisco Galindo and I lost that match I was nervous, I should have won but Mr. Galindo was a solid player back then as I don't think he competes much anymore. Also this was not my first Pro tournament, the first big one for me was and allways will be the LA Open. I think the year was 93 and I only competed in the One Pocket and 9ball, I almost cashed in the One Pocket and got to play against a legendary player by the name of Bill Staton (weenie beenie.) Mark Tadd won most of the cash taking down the Bank,9 ball, and finishing 2nd to Steve Cook, in my opinion under this type of format the best player really does rise to the top and Mark was performing well.

You are very young indeed because you haven't a clue as to what your talking about, the UPA owes me $ and even though I was in the wrong to quit in the middle of my match I did have my reasons for conceding which someone like you I believe could not grasp.

Re: NY

I do have someone who backs me, however thanks for the post it's nice to know that there are some options.

Thanks ...

for taking the time to post Danny. And there is nothing
'little' about you, Danny. Best of luck in the future ...

First of all I'm glad you want to see me playing again and scoring what you call the allmighty big win, however for me to win a tournament that is $20,000 added is not and never will be a big win. The hassle that a pro player puts up with to reap zero benefits is not currently worth a warm bucket of spit in my opinion. Maybe if this eight ball tour takes off I will get back in action but I have learned from experience not to get my hopes up too much when it comes to the tournament $ payoffs in Pocket Billiards.
Sincerely, Danny
