Sarah~
First off, welcome to your own "Ask a Pro" thread!
I was just curious about your thoughts about the UPA as a whole? Is it going to survive, or die? Does it have something to do with the Industry or the Leadership in the UPA?
In my opinion, which I formed after attending a UPA event, it is a joke. I think Charlie Williams deserves credit for trying to put together a men's tour. I can imagine what hard work it is. On the other hand, he tries to own the players. That is wrong, it is hard enough finding enough tournaments to play in. The tournament I attended, Charlie was still in and getting ready to play a match. He announced his own match and spoke highly of himself in the third person. Then announced the rest of the matches and didn't go into the same great detail about the people. He nominated himself for all of the awards at the end of the year. It was very interesting.
I wish it would succeed because it has potential and the men need an organized tour. In my opinion it is the leadership that needs to change.
