No, Juan, it is just an Open Tournament.

I always post Qualifiers as "National Qualifier" at the beginning in order to be clear.

Thank you for the question, because I think it s very important that whenever we provide information that we try our best to be "crystal clear", so there are no misunderstandings or mis-information.
