Well the tourney this weekend was an awesome time like always. In my box i think i had the toughest bracket in the whole field if not the first the second for sure. I played my first match against a guy who has been playing awhile i was down 7-1 in a race to 9, getting my chances but screwing up, i faught back to 7-5, going to sink a 8ball to get perfect shape for the 9 i hit the point of the pocket and it shoots down to the corner pocket :(

He gets up and gets the 9 off the break... :(

My second match i didnt fare to well at all.

Anyways. Thought i would chime in.

And again, what do you use ot clean your shafts?

Well, I'm sorry you didn't fare too well in your tournament. It does sound like you had a great time though. All you can do is learn from your mistakes. It sounds like you started off a little slow and then got a little momentum. At least you fought back and made it close. From the diagram you linked there, that is a pretty tough shot you left yourself on the 8. You can't be too disappointed with what happened. As for the 9ball breat on the hill....it happens...you will get your fair share of those as well.

As for what I use to clean my shaft, I usually use a little bit of Windex on a towel. It cleans it pretty well. If it is really dirty I use a little bit of Comet cleaner on a wet towel. Also, if your cue gets a little sticky you can use the Q-Wiz leather burnisher or the Q Clean microburnishing film.

Thanks for the update.

Take care,
Sarah
