I often see where someone will say that their pics are too big and they're not able to post them. I would like to recommend a very nice free program that will let you resize, crop, etc. It's called Irfanview. It's also sometimes referred to as Iview. It can be downloaded from www.tucows.com It's has features that you will actually use and not loaded up with crap that will confuse you.
By the way, crop is a feature that lets you eliminate all the extra area in your picture. It's nice for us dialup people not to have to look at a table for 10 minutes until the cue appears.
All you do is put a box around your cue and click crop. The rest of the pic will disappear. Then save. This is a picture before crop:
