UPS Rant

It's just a funny prank call ride. It has nothing to do with you or your situation.

Thanks...but like I said, I cannot play these files on my Mac, so, have no clue if fun is being made at my expense or not.

Additionally, with all the nastiness on AZB as of late...I wouldn't put anything past anyone anymore.

I'm sorry that you have an issue with UPS and really hope you get your package on time. Don't take this forum to seriously and try to keep your spirits up. After all, your package will probably arrive as scheduled.

Again, seeing as I cannot hear a thing, that would be a cheap shot!

Additionally, since the conversations with UPS are for Quality Assurance and Training purposes only, for them to be broadcast publicly is a violation of my right to privacy, and now we would have a serious lawsuit on our hands.

Lastly, since you do not have my real name, or the tracking info, how can you tell people that it is me on the phone? Can you say defamation of character?....I think you can. You know, my rant was against UPS, it had nothing to do with you personally, yet you chose to make it a personal attack on me...what with the neg rep points out the gate and all...yeah, you're a real asset the AZB.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As I have repeatedly stated, this was more about being repeatedly lied to than when the package actually got delivered. It's just no way to run a business, big or small.

As to anything else, you issued the opening salvo by making it personal and immediately giving me a neg rep. In the old days...and still for a lot of us 'ol' timers'...a neg rep is an absolute last resort...not something that is dished out willy-nilly as the mood takes us.

But obviously those days are long gone...and nothing means nothing around here anymore...least of all respect for your fellow human being.

Guys, I don't think the rant is so much about not getting her package early as opposed to the original delivery date, but that she was lied to, given the run-around, and lied to again. I wouldn't be happy to be in that situation, either!

Sorry.....this was just a UPS parody.

I think it was funny as hell. The actors are probably former UPS customer service people!!!

I always ship USPS or FEDEX.
Being lied to is just part of business in America these days. I fight with insurance companies constantly over claims issues and they lie ALL the time!

Hope you get your package and things work out for you!

The caller is a "real person" actually calling an outdated UPS number.

The guy (the recipient of the old UPS number) got tired of getting all these calls for UPS and decided to use a voice changer to create the voices you hear on the tape. This was recorded almost 10 years ago.
