UPS Ripped Off My Cue

It was signature required. They have put a claim on it. I think it was shipped to the wrong address or it was dog napped by a worker & not the driver. How it could show up as " out for delivery " is a mystery to me.
 
Just means the last time they scanned it was when they were loading up the truck.

all packages are insured for $100 with UPS. I've done many claims with them and have yet to have one denied. I know it sucks, you wanted your cue, but you will be reimbursed or re-shipped soon I am sure.
