Anyone tried a 15-1/2" shaft on a 3/8x14 butt before?


I emailed cuetec and asked if their R360 shaft sold on seyberts would fit my cuetec 13-99266 butt and Tim replied a casual yes.

Being ignorant, I just placed an order with seyberts a moment ago. Only to do my own reading/research and found out that pin different.

Can anyone shed some light on this pretty please?

What a waste of 200 bucks *sigh*
 
I'm pretty sure if you call them and cancel or change the order you won't waste your money.
 
Damn disappointed with cuetec 'nonchallant' customer service.. that was my last attempt to reuse my old cuetec butt..

Just emailed seyberts to cancel order

For $200 you can buy a cuetec cue that comes with a R360 shaft.
 
I just looked at Ozone billiards and it says that the r360 uses a standard cuetec joint so it should have fit your cue and they sell them for 136
 
pretty sure unless you specified a different joint, you're getting a standard cuetec shaft which will fit your other cuetec cue.
 
Talk to Rick at Seyberts. He will give you the proper advice. He will stand behind anything they sell. Seyberts aims to please. And they do.
 
I just emailed them again, told them if they're sure it fits.. just proceed with the order...

My SST spilt and now I have nothing to play with.. casual player here.. but you all know how it feels to play without your own equipment :(
