The amateur events will be held next to the Pro event The World 14.1 Championship where fans can watch the world's best including Hohmann, Sigel, Varner,Immonen, Hopkins, Morris,Archer, Davis, Williams, Souquet, Feijen, Ortmann, Engert, & many more! Fans can come compete for big cash prizes while enjoying the pro tournament!

Early entry fee: $100
May 17 and after : Entry $125
Players meeting and entry deadline : 5pm May 30
Play Starts at 6pm on May 30.
*Disclaimer & Special Note: Matches will have odd times and only 2-3 rounds per night as players will be playing on same tournament tables as the pro event. Matches will start at the end of the pro round each night so matches for amateurs may start late at night such as 10-11pm and will end at 2-3am.
Players will have to purchase a pass to watch the pro event.
Finals Will be Played in Main Pro Arena on Sunday before the Finals of the World 14.1 Championships
Race to 100 Single Elimination . Final 8 players race to 125.
Limited to 128 Players
event is designed for non-full time playing amateurs who do not play pool for a career. Note that below does not all apply to all women.
Criteria for players:
You can play if you:
are not ranked in the top 50 in the UPA or the top 20 in WPBA
have never been ranked in top 16 in WPA rankings
have never won a men or womens major pro tournament
have never won 1st or 2nd at a pro event in any country outside the USA
have never finished in top 16 in any male pro tournament sanctioned by the current governing body of pro pool at that time(including any of the 3 divisions at Derby City Classic)
never been ranked in or have never won 1st or 2nd in the finals on these following mens tours: FL Tour, Joss Northeast Tour, Pro Senior Tour,
We will use our discretion on certain players depending on their skill level and amount of 1st and 2nd place finishes in the following tours : Kings Bay Promotions Amateur Tour, the Super Billiards Expo Amateur Open, Planet Pool Tour, Viking Tour, Pechauer Tour, Fast Eddies Tour, Stan James Canada Tour, Pechaur New England 9 Ball Series, & Blaze Tour.
never been in the finals of the Mens BCA National Masters or Singles, or the APA National Amateur singles Championships
Have not been Men or Women Players of the Years or finished #1 Ranked for the Year on any major recognized regional tour
