US open 2009

Anybody know when the us open is this year? Just wandered if they scheduled it around the Galveston tourney.

If they had scheduled it at the same time as any other big tourney, I'm sure we would have heard about the conflict by now.

I can't imagine that the folks behind that much money and effort would cut their own throats by overlapping their tournament against another big tournament.
