Turn Off Java in Chrome on Android devices then when you go to brackets drag it to the left and a second set appears that work fine. It is a problem with Java and Frames on the. Ra let view

Worked for me, thought that I had tried it with Java off, but I guess not.

PS, turning it off messed up other stuff (live scoring) and I could not look at the loser's side of the brackets.
Not meant for Android......
