Does one person, business or?
Who owns/runs these three program names that are used together in their functions?
Do they have a president?

Thx.
He took over in 2018.... & acquired a seat on the BCA board.
So has Ozzy made allot of changes/improvements to CSI/UPA/BCA?
Has he been in the news lately, other than guaranteeing all team competitions at nationals will play minimum 5 times.

I know it’s confusing, but the BCA is the trade organization. The BCAPL is the amateur league, which is under the CSI umbrella. BCA and BCAPL are not the same thing.

CSI is the parent company of the USAPL and the BCAPL league.

Tomorrow is the BCA Hall of Fame Ceremony. It has nothing to do with the BCAPL Amateur League, even though this year we are inducting the late Mark Griffin (former owner and founder of CSi), and Ozzy Reynolds (CEO OF CSI) will be accepting for him.

The BCAPL follow the CSI ruleset. They do not follow the BCA ruleset.

Cornerman ''The BCAPL follow the CSI ruleset. They do not follow the BCA ruleset.''

Ironically tho, they are on the BCA Board of Directors.
Are they tied in with the WPA?

Everyone in the industry is tied in with each other, but officially, no. I think that Mark made a mistake by not renaming the leagues when he bought them. It would be clearer if we just said that the CEO of CSi is on the BCA Trade Organization’s Board of Directors. Leagues like APA and VNEA have also historically been members of the BCA.

If CSI hold a professional world championship, they need to have it sanctioned by the WPA if getting that World Championship officially in the books is a goal. That means that it would have to run under WPA rules and not CSI.

BCA (not BCAPL/CSI) is the regional representative for the WPA. Yeah, it is confusing.

It's my understanding that ACS was formed/splintered because not everyone agreed with the sale of the league.

Yeah, but at least a couple of the people that started the ACS also had bid on purchasing the BCA and came up short. My teammate was one of them.

Thanks for the clarification and because they objected to the board approval for the sale.
