No tour.

The USSA's website is http://www.snookerusa.com/

This year there are three events that I know of. The Nationals were just held in LA. There will be an IBSF pairs event in San Jose in August. More info is on the web site. There was also a US/Canada challenge in Las Vegas at the time of the ACS (pool) Nationals.

So far as I know, you have to be a permanent resident of the US to play in the Nationals. I think you have to be nominated by your national committee to be in the pairs event, but check the web site to be sure.

about the state of snooker in the usa,,,,bad probably, but i DO find it interesting that a few exhibits have been hosted at the nyac(new york athletic club), a hoitty-toitty megabuck members club.

so it probably gets some due respect in small circles, and snooker is after all a very "civilized" game.
