USBA Player Rankings as of 12/31/2013

How can someone like Carlos Hallon, a former multiple US champion, w/at least 2 2nd place finishes and represented the US in world tourneys, be rated B+?

Actually, I would like there to be a new category called "A+" which would represent the big boys: Pedro, Mazin, Miguel, Hugo, etc.

And the current "A" category would represent such players as George Ashby, Carlos Hallon, Lupe Cruz, etc.

Mr. Shovak; What would be the high and low average for these new categories be?

Where does A+ start, end? A start and end?

I agree with the new A+ system, however there are only a handful of players A+ in the USA. Jim I think you're doing a good job with all the new ideas, keep it up!!!, I saw all the Tournaments taking place this and next month in NY, great!!. Thank you.

Averages would be a basic guideline:

1.000+ = A+
.850-.999 = A
.700-.849 = B+
.550-.699 = B
.400-.549 = C+
Below .400 = C
