Shaw wins 7-3!!!

I don't think they are going forward with the 9ball match because they started the replay of the hot seat match between SVB and Warren in the 10ball that was played yesterday.
 
3rd place match begins

Kiamco wins lag against Shaw.

Race to 7 alternate break.

Kiamco breaks dry and Shaw begins his run out.

Shaw gets hooked on five ball. He kicks it in to continue his run. Back cuts the six in and runs out.

1-0 Shaw; Shaw to break.
 
Shaw breaks makes two balls and is funny on the one ball. He plays a safe. Kiamco kicks two rail and makes a combo; he's running out.
 
Kiamco breaks and makes two balls. Kiamco thinks about a push out but opts for a jump shot. He jumps and whiffs. Shaw receives ball and hand with a open table. Shaw runs out in what appears less than 60 seconds (He's fast).

2-1 Shaw; Shaw to break.
 
Shaw breaks makes the two ball but has to play safe. He leaves Kiamco a bank with a "huge" pocket. Misses it by 1/2 a diamond; however goes in with help of the 7 ball (the huge pocket). Kiamco runs out (impressive 4 rail position to the 8 ball).

2-2 Tie Ball Game; Kiamco to break.

Kiamco breaks and makes a ball; he has shape on one ball with an open table. He begins his run. Runs out like a surgeon.

Shaw breaks makes two balls. He makes tough cut on one ball that leaves a bank on two ball for tough shape on three ball. Falls a little funny on the 3 ball. He's aggressive and attempts to get crazy fancy shape on four ball.

He fails and has to play safe. Kiamco jumps but fouls. Shaw runs out the remaining hand-full of balls to knot up the score at 3 apiece.

3-3 tie; Kiamco to break.
 
Kiamco breaks and cue ball slam dunks into the side pocket off of impact with the one ball. Shaw has open table that has minor congestion that requires finesse. It "slows" him down a bit (took 3 mins to get out).

4-3 Shaw; Shaw to break.
 
Shaw smashes the break and makes two balls again. With a friendly kiss he is rewarded with shape on two ball. Two ball is dirty so Shaw calls in Ken S. to clean it off to avoid the skid. Jacked up on 8 ball but pots it for shape on 10 ball. He's out.

5-3 Shaw; Kiamco to break.
 
Kiamco breaks 'em pretty good (yes two balls again) but loses cue ball down table. He kicks for a safety but leaves whole ball (for safe) or one rail kick. Of course he successfully kicks in two ball with shape on three ball. Why play safe? :) Oh, Ohh. He over draws position on 9 ball. Makes it with great shape on 10 ball.

6-3 Shaw; Shaw breaking and on the HILL.
 
Shaw breaks but only makes one ball :( with shape on the one ball. However he has to carom it off of another ball and travel all the way down table for two ball. He hits it hard, makes the one as expected but scratches in corner.

Kiamco with ball in hand but layout is a bit jacked up. He'll have to play safe or combo without guaranteed shape.
 
Kiamco plays the combo and is left with a bank. He makes it (only has 1/2 a pocket) and begins his run. Makes a great jacked up shot for position on 7 ball. Duck, duck goose from here.
