I bought the remaining streaming days of that just grabbed an end of week drink and sat down to watch. When I try to go to my cart at TAR it processes and then says unable to access "interface audiovideoweb.com" I tried shutting off the firewall, using Chrome, Firefox, etc. and same thing. With IE the chat doesn't even load. Any tech people that can help? I cleared my cache too by the way. I streamed lots of stuff and never had this problem.

I don't think that disabling your firewall is a good idea. I would do : -
1). Flush your DNS (http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/ClearingBrowserCache)
2). Clear cache for your individual browsers (http://kb.iu.edu/data/ahic.html)
3). Delete your temp. files, some times your player might not have enough space on the disk to store the buffer data. I am assuming you have a computer running a version of microsoft windows (http://pcsupport.about.com/od/maintenance/ht/manualtempxp.htm)
4). If the stream uses flash, try updating to the latest flash software. (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/)
5). Make sure private browsing or incognito is TURNED OFF. (http://browsers.about.com/od/faq/tp/Private-Browsing.htm)

Computer issues like yours are hard to fix without personally looking into them. I hope you are able to resolve your problem by following some/all of the steps above.

I don't know if it is the case here, but i have had troubles in the past having my popup blocker and/or ad blocker being enabled.

Thanks for the suggestions, tried all of those and no luck. I tried my wife's laptop here too and same thing! Youtube, movies, all coming up fine. I paid for the stream at work and logged in and it was working fine. I shut it down and left work and when I got home this is happening. What it's saying is it's detecting the audiovisualweb.com but unable to connect. If I Google audiovisualweb it does the same thing when I click on the links for that. Tried a cached copy of the TAR site same thing. Any other ideas/help would be appreciated so I can catch some of today and tomorrow's stream. I've tried everything I can think of short of going to my office and watching.

If you purchased Saturday, it could be that the "Friday" purchasers are still enjoying the overnight loop feature. If this is the case, your content won't be available until they start the Saturday coverage.

if you cannot access www.audiovideoweb.com on any of your pc's at your location, then you are probably using Time Warner (I think it was Time Warner) for your cable connection. If this is the case, you need to talk to a higher level tech support there and tell them to unblock IP's for that site.

I know from doing past tech support, that there were some people, using a specific cable internet provider, that could not access the audiovideoweb.com website. If I remember right, I could ping the website with no problem, but could not access it.

Both TAR and Accu-Stats use the same PPV Content Streamer.... Audiovideoweb.com

You will need to speak to Tech support at your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and don't speak to the peon that answers the line, tell them you need a higher level Tech Support and that you need a website unblocked by them. Make sure they unblock anything to do with www.audiovideoweb.com or interface.audiovideoweb.com

This could be your issue, just throwing it out there for you. Then again, it could be something else.

Just in case anyone else runs into the same problem in the future. After screwing around for hours and hours and trying everything and talking to people at our ISP's tech support and getting nowhere, I figured it out myself. My cable modem/router has a firewall that was blocking that one site. I went in diabled that and I'll get to watch today's stream!
