Use any of the diamond two rail systems in actual play

Is the idea that the 1 and 2 in that first pic go in the pocket with the arrow?
The numbers are irrelevant - any shot within the shaded areas aimed about parallel with the numbered boundary lines goes to the corner pocket marked with the red arrow.

Of course the "lanes" change from table to table - I have to play them a little longer on my usual table, and maybe a little shorter on new cloth. I think the important thing is to learn the shaded areas where "the bank is open" and to recognize that whatever angle works for one shot within that area, shots near it will work with a nearly parallel angle.

I gotcha, and I like the approach in general, but that particular angle looks off to me, at least a diamond off. The others look good.

So you go guys have the math and ability to use the systems down well enough, its not a problem in competitive play when time is limited for your shot?

as you use the systems the calculations come quickly
occasionally you have to take a long pause

try to only use systems that have easy calculations.
the plus 2 described above is real simple and it shouldnt slow you dawn at all

realize also that tables play different
so there will be some minor adjustments you need to do on some tables and on some days
ie raining outside/AC not working well in the pool room etc

I like the Plus 2 System & Heath Manning's Multi-Rail Systems on YouTube

I like Tor Lowry's too...

Plus, I like the Sid Banner's One Rail - Long Rail & One Rail - Short Rail systems...

Then there's the Wall System & so on...
