Here is a Tad Kohara (TAD Cues) in good used all original condition.
Birdseye Maple forearm and buttsleeve, there are some curly maple accents on the forearm (different sides). TAD signature maple-box ringworks. Fancy ringwork above buttcap. Juma joint. Delrin buttcap w/ TAD logo engraved. White w/ green speckles linen wrap originally from Tad Cues.
3/8x12 big pin, Tad/Fred made these big pin cues occasionally and most prefer them as they have the crisp, solid, wood-to-wood feel.
Comes with two original shafts. Upgraded both the original Juma ferrule to a rare paper-based Micarta ferrules. Both shafts has Thoroughbred VS newly installed.
Also comes with 1B2S genuine TAD delrin white joint protectors.
Specs:
Butt: 15.40oz
Shaft 1: 3.94oz (12.75mm)
Shaft 2: 3.84oz (12.75mm)
Condition:
Cue is in all original condition, has not been refinished. Linen wrap stays original.
Cue has been well-used, previous owner plays tournament literally every week.
Both shafts has been well broken in, hits really sweet and solid.
Butt has a 2-3 dings/dents on the forearm, buttsleeve's ringwork has some finish flaws (finish peeling).
Both shafts has no finish on them (finish peeled off naturally, not sanded).
One of the shafts has a huge dent, previous owner used wood-filler to fill the hole, the hole now flushes with the rest of the shaft. But you can tell from color difference. (see my last picture)
If you guys are familiar with TAD Cues, their finish are very thin, and usually when they arrive in Asia. With regular use, they will slowly starts peeling off. So usually most Tad pool players tend to send their TAD for a full refinish after a while play. But previous owner and I have insisted in keeping it in its original state.
If you are very picky or anal about the finish, I could always send the cue to Fred or Proficient Billiards for a full refinish (all costs on buyer).
Price: $OLD shipped express worldwide
Thank you,
Tim (TS Billiards)
