Using Elforyn to plug Radial Shaft?

Hi, I am having a cue restored with Elforyn joint collars and a radial joint. The shafts have different joints which need plugging and converting to fit the radial pin.

Would Elforyn be a suitable and durable material to plug the shafts?

Cheers

It will work. I wouldn't waste the material on threads though. I would just use hard maple or phenolic.
Thank you. I bought a block of it to send to a cuemaker to do the work so I might spludge as i don't think i will have any other use for it. Thank you for your help.

Doesn't your cuemaker already have a material he prefers for plugging shafts? If so, don't tell him what to use. If not, find a different cuemaker...and then don't tell that guy what to use.
