UV Booth Question

I have a question about uv curing. I am building my booth for spraying and I need to know if I need to make the light able to move lenght ways or if I center it will that be saficant. Also how far way from the cue should the light be. I belive I read in the info they sent me that if it is over 7 1/2 inches it would loose its efectivenes. Any help will be greatly apreciated.

I have my light in a box mounted exactly 3" from and centered to the same height as the cue. I have the cue mounted between centers and it rolls past the light while the cue revolves. I stop the cue every five inches for a predetermined time then roll it another 5". The light must contact all areas of the cue from the same distance to be effective.
