I recently acquired a Valley Dynamo Coin Op. Was hoping to fit it in my basement but the dimensions don't allow me to take the box downstairs. Any suggestions on deconstruction and reconstruction?

Nope. They were not designed to break down the cabinet
Best is probably sell it and get a furniture table or put it in the garage if you have one

I had to take my steps out to get mine in. It's not very difficult if you are a little mechanically inclined.
 
Even with the steps out, I'm not certain it goes. Angle of ceiling, width of door, etc.
