ok, this will be a little long so bear with me. i was at valley forge thurs and fri. i have never been to something like that before, so i was astounded by the amout of action. 7ft table, $100 a game, people were betting like crazy. i made $200, but ppl were betting way more than that on the breaker or reacker. it was like an auction. 200 ppl watchin and ppl just yellin amounts they want to bet for. it was NUTZ. ppl flippin coins for $50 one guy tried to make a bet for 5k on 1 single game. he tried to bet on the racker. good thing no takers cause he woulda lost. i also seen ppl play that looked like little gangbangers, but beat the pros. cory duel played about 7 games and didnt get a shot. $700 down the tubes. kinda felt sorry for him. these ppl werent even pros. not surprised that they beat the pros, just surprised at the age/looks of the bad ass players. ok, now i want some opinions on a cue i ordered. i ordered a jacoby. ebony forearm with 5 tulipwood points outlined in ebony, then inlyayed curly maple, then ebony forearm. its gonna have a curly maple wrap, the but is ebony with 5 windows outlined same as the points. it will also have 4 nickel rings (2 above the wrap and 2 below the wrap.) the rings ae outlined in nickel with tulipwood inside the rings. PLZ give me some opinions on how you think itll look. it was hard for me to pickthe woods without being able to see em first hand. thank you, joey

Sounds good to me if you're fond of ebony. Personally I don't like ebony very much, I like to be able to see the wood grain (assuming a nice grain). However I assume you like ebony or you wouldn't have ordered it. Given that it sounds good.
