Just wanted to reiterate this again, since I think it's a great deal and might help you sell your stuff on eBay.
Don't know if you know this or not, but right now Microsoft Live Search is offering a 25% cashback deal for Buy-It-Now purchases on eBay, so you might be able to work out a deal with purchasers, where you list it on eBay with the agreed-upon price as "Buy It Now", and they'd get 25% back that way. (All they need to do is use Live Search, like this link, and click the Gold Coin at the top of the page next to the eBay link.)
