Here are a pair of j/b's I just finished for a couple super gentlemen. The one in the front is headed across the pond to Dave & the other is for Tosh. Both are absolute stellar performers. I think the bem/boco combo makes for an ideal j/b. They'll both ship first thing in the morning & I'll pm tracking info. Thank you again gentlemen, you are both a pleasure to build for & I appreciate your business!

Not long to go now i cant wait to get my hands on the cue!!!!

Thanks Kevin :-)

Most importantly and i hope you dont mind me saying this on an open forum but i hope you have a speedy recovery and your hard work is greatly appreciated!!!!

Dave

I would have liked to have had one like these to match my player, but the 4 point purple heart j/b I bought from you really breaks and jumps super for me. I really couldn't be any happier than with my Varney cues Kevin. Thanks again.

Thank you everyone for the kind words...it really means a lot to me! I appreciate you fine players as well.

Just got mine in the mail yesterday (the one in the top in the pictures above) and got a chance to hit with it last night! Thought I'd write a quick post to let everyone know how it turned out.

First of all, this cue is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures really don't do it justice. It has a very clean, elegant look to it - not too busy but not too plain either. Beautiful work.

Second, it hits like a ton of bricks. Definitely felt the difference in my break immediately, although admittedly I was using a pretty crappy break cue before. Busted a 9 on break on my second hit with it, so I think that's a good sign. All night I was consistently hitting a rock solid break. I'm also not great at jumping, but I was getting the cue ball airborne pretty easily, and even pocketed a few jump shots.

All in all I could not be more happy with this cue. Thanks a lot!

Excellent news Dr!!!! Told you it looked much better in person. Often pics just don't show the true color & do justice to the cue. Glad you liked the performance. I broke quite a few racks with it so I knew you'd be pleased. Thank you again for your business...it was a pleasure building for you sir.

Dave I'm glad the cue arrived safely. Glad too that you are pleased. Thank you again for choosing Varney cues!:)

Kevin makes vivid looking, great hitting cues,he makes

dreams come true, and creates memory's as well. After reading the comments about Kevin. He sounds like Santa Claus . I have read and reread many comments. I think Kevin does put forth all the extra stuff in building cues. After all what is there in life but Family and a cue collection of players. oops, forgot about the fresh smell of cut wood. wishing all of Kevins family and friends the best, god bless. mark
