Vegas,what Does Your Team Do?

Our team goes down for the b.c.a. whether we win a trip or not,most times we do.we go down for the fun of it.we do very well in our city but ussually dont do well in vegas,and really dont care.we party,gamble,have alot of fun.but my question is .........are their teams out there that do the same or are most teams serious,have to win attitude??????
 
What is really nice is when it is a combination of the all the things that you mentioned. I've been on teams that were real serious and some that had a lot of fun. Both ways have been successful but I enjoyed the fun teams more.
 
We try to do both. We're serious about our pool, we play our best, but if we don't do well, that's alright. We still have alot of fun. :p
 
Since 2000, we've had 2 national singles champions and one national team champion crowned from our city and the party was on at the HO HO (Westward Ho). Cheap booze and a dance floor! What a zoo!

At least what I can remember of it.

The teams I've been on go out and play HARD and party HARD afterwards.
Usually, by the third day of the team event, my team mates start checking each other for a pulse and have EMS on speed dial.

What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas is our motto!

Last year, a little tear came to my eye when I arrived at the Riv and looked across the street and they had torn down the HO HO.

yes,god rest your soul ho-ho.i was in vegas in november as well and could believe they are tearing down everything around the riv.there is nothing around there anymore.there was even talk about tearing down my favorite cheesy casino across the street..SLOTS O FUN.
our normal routine is get off plane,take a cab to the riv,register for team event,walk across the street and play 3 card poker with at least 10 beer in our belly.VEGAS BABY.
only 3 months away,here i come vegas.PLEASE be gentle to my wallet this time.lol
