I have a Verl Horn cue I bought years ago. I saw it at a vendors booth at a big tournament and fell in love with the design, but had no idea who Verl was at the time (and still don't know much about him). After I test hit some balls with the Horn I promptly traded my Schon plus cash to get it. Since then I have hit with three other Verl Horn cues and didn't like any of them. I have also had a couple of people tell me Verl was not generally known for top notch work and I was very lucky to snatch up the one I have. Is there truth to what I've been told about Verl's cues? I just want some well informed input on what kind of quality Verl was known for. Either way, I love my cue and will never sell it. I was just curious. Any input about Verl and his cues would be very much appreciated. Thanks everyone.
