Jean was being interviewed by AZb and ask about making a living, She said that she tells people that she is a professional pool player... And some people's reactions to her were wow... Guy... I'm at the end of my road in life so I watch a lot of YouTube...

Thanks, enjoyed it. Jean Balukas presented herself very well here. I often wondered why she left the game at a time when it seemed to be picking up momentum. I remember that she was involved in some controversy with other women players. I think at one time she voiced public dismay at the " luck" factor of nine ball with players making the 9 on the break and on other random 9 ball pocketing.

Yes, I entirely get where she was coming from there. I just read up on her dilemma via Wikipedia. Jean showed a lot of character by not giving in to the bullying tactics of her contemporaries in competition.
