All in all, it was a great year in Women's pro pool -

1) Five different winners in the eight WPBA tour events - Allison Fisher, Karen Corr, Julie Kelly, Ga Young Kim, and Jeanette Lee.

2) Relative newcomers on the WPBA who came out of the woodwork who look like they might challenge for #1 somewhere down the road - Kelly Fisher, Ga Young Kim (who may seem like a veteran, but became a touring pro in 2004).

3) Amazing newcomers on the competitive horizon who, we can only hope, will be WPBA players somewhere down the road - Jasmin Ouschan, Zhou Meng Meng, Pan Xiao Ting, and others.

4) Many first timers in the WPBA TV rounds, including three Americans - Romana Dokovik, Hsin Huang, Melissa Herndon, Kelly Fisher, Jennifer Barretta, Jeannie Seaver

5) A WPA Women's World champion that's just twenty one years old.

Yes, these are very exciting times in women's pro pool. I can't wait for 2005!
