I have no idea who Quinten Hann was.. but after he beat Jimmy White, looks like this group is really tough... still rooting for Alcano.. :-)

Quinten is a hard guy to like but he can be a very dangerous player. He is prone to do ridiculous things around (and away from) the table though.
 
Brits surprise..

the Brits really surprises me.. call me an idiot but i only watch a few top snooker games so i know Ronnie, Jimmy .. the top guns.. :-)
 
There are 3 kinds of Brits there.

1. Pro Snooker guys like O'Sullivan and White who rarely play pool.
2. UK based 9-ball(mainly) players like Daryl Peach, Imran Majid and Raj Hundal.
3. Players crossing over from the UK version of 8-ball (smaller balls, smaller tables) like Darren Appleton, Phil Harrison, Carl Morris, Neil Raybone.

Of the three 'types' it looks like the crossover guys are doing much the best so far.
 
quentin hann is a really talented player but could never get his head right. then he went and got caught up in match fixing like a prat.

anyway i remember in one match a few years ago when he was breaking off in snooker like a pool break. just smashing into the reds. he created quite a stir. he managed to pot a red most the time i think though.
 
Q Beats my bet

this Quentin guy looks real... he just beat a very high quality player Ronato Alcano... my darkhorse to win it all... oh well.. my other bets are still there fighting.. Reyes, Orcullo, Pagulayan... :D
 
IPT wrong for Hann vs Alcano.. now ok..

Oh well.. maybe IPT website make a scoring mistake initially between Alcano vs Hann... my man Alcano still unbeatable... :D
