These pictures gave me pause. Here is Tim Scruggs's Phenolic Joint long ago when Bob Frey was his partner. Next to it is a later modernized version by Mike Cochran with Tim. Amazing. The sneakie Cue was built about 30 years before the Phantom.
The Sneakie is at least 35 years old and still rolls true. As for any TS Phantom, nice.
