Wow - Jim Sickles (Unique Products) sure is a great person to deal with and fantastic service! On my Cue Companion lathe, the motor went out and he said to send it in and he would take a look. I'm not very electrically inclined (if that's a word). I got it it back today and he didn't even charge me anything. He said it was a simple fix, but that sure makes a customer feel good...

Absolutely as fine a customer service as you'll ever get...PERIOD! I actually wore out a piece...a quick email & Jim had me a replacement in the mail that very day...no charge. While I have other options...I still use my 1st lathe ever purchased...a VERY much used Cue Companion...I still use it daily for a multitude of tasks. Its been beat to death and keeps right on working same as new. Quality equipment.:thumbup2:

Can't say enough about Jim Sickles. You don't getequipment from him. You get results. Every time. Everything they do is the dead nuts.
