Also wondering if anyone could estimate a turnaround time on say a plane Jane maple cue no inlays shipped to the states might take (note im not purchasing one) Just trying to estimate a timeframe..

i'm pretty sure they're shut down. not taking any more orders is the last i've heard about 'em

Jackson Tan of Viattorre Custom Cues already retired from making cues last June 2007.

For the sake of answering your question regarding turnaround time, it used to be around 3-6 months if the list of orders weren't that long, otherwise it would take up to more than a year (my very plain 1-pc purple heart took 15 months to be handed over personally by Jackson in 2006) :wink:
