Video clips of 4 tough shots

("El Maestro" Tony Sorto) has been showing me lately.

I'd appreciate your feedback on these clips.

I've started video-taping some lessons so I can analyze my stroke.

By the way, these clips were prepared with iMovie08 and a MacBook Pro.
But I'm looking to upgrade to better software. Any suggestions?

What you don't see in those video clips are all the shots I MISSED!!

The glasses are not a prop.
I have awful vision (20/400) uncorrected,
which has stayed the same for all my 65 years.
I guess that's one of the reasons I miss a lot.

Thanks! BTW, I checked your blog, caught the 6-armed cellist vid... excellent!
but the text in light blue with blue bkgrnd is unreadable. Thanks again for the tip.
 
These clips aren't really appropriate for stroke-analysis. You're shooting proposition shots. In gameplay, making the shot or getting shape is only part of it. For a player like you who has already gotten the mechanics down, you really have to show us a sequence (like a game or a series of games). That way, we can see how you handle safety play, difficult pocketing scenarios, position decisions, etc.
 
My blog isnt readable to people who use firesux.. er firefox. Eventually some day maybe I'll fix it... it's an issue with the css. Until then just dont use firefox >< use IE. It's better anyway.

if you view it with IE you'll see a huge difference and then understand why the text is that color:D

edit: That cellist video is awesome! I still watch it from time to time.

Actually its your blog is the one that sucks. It's sad that who ever wrote the CSS cant write code that works in the two major browsers. It really isn't hard to do at all.

I can read it easy. Just drag the cursor over the big empty spaces,
and all the text shows up.
