HI,
I have found the following to be helpful in getting video to work.
1. clear your cookies.
2. delete all your temporary files and offline files.
you find this setting under Tools:Interet options.
Then restart the computer and turn off everything you can that uses bandwidth. This includes instant messenger services and anything you know of that communicates back and forth with the net. This insures that you have the cleanest pipe available for the stream.
Now, go the IPT page and the members only area and try and load the video. Don't bring up the "Online Coverage" page as well. Because this page constantly refreshes it eats up your bandwith and slows down the feed.
Don't run AZ Billiards unless you see that it doesn't affect the video.
If your video doesn't start to "connect to the server" within about a minute then it's not going to so you should back out and redo the steps above without restarting the computer.
I don't know if this will work for anyone else but it has been the most effective way for me to get the video feed to work.
