It's always good to allow insecure content. That allows you to exercise your anti virus software, and who doesn't need exercise. At worse, you may have to pay a ransom in bitcoin to somebody.
You are selectively allowing not allowing every site
 
Big difference here

It's not like you are enabling for some random site... Viking is a known site and understood to be secure ...
 
In computer security apps should be design secure by default... In this situation your browser default would block any browser based mitm, css or other attacks... Sites you know are secure enabling this setting isn't a huge problem ... But viking should change this
