Viking Joint Pin?

hello, im a salesman at a billiards/patio/hot tub store in my area and we received a cue from viking that came with a bent joint pin. we've tried to call viking and they want us to pay to ship it back and pay them for the work on the cue. i'm researching options instead of that.

basically what im asking is does anyone know what size the viking pin is? where can i buy it? and what's the average cost?

they have a quick release 5/16 - 18 pin. did they tell you that you're responsible for the charges after you told them that you're a dealer?

na, i was just told this by my manager so i'm trying to fix this stick so i can put it on my showroom and sell it. not making any commision if its sitting behind the counter broken.
