The event is race to 9W/7L, Double Elimination,
Winner Breaks, World Standardized Rules
Entry Fee is a total of $37 + Viking Cue Open 9-Ball Tour Card
Entry Fee Breakdown = $25 to Tourney Prize Fund,
$10 Table Time / Registration Fee and $2 N.U.T.S. Fee
$10 Minimum Player Auction Bid (optional by player)

4-Person Team 8-Ball Tournament
Any 4 players that play in any league anywhere can play !
ABSOLUTELY, NO all-star teams allowed as determined by the TD (Mike Janis)
$60 entry fee per person / $240 per team
entry fee includes only $10 per person for table time - $50 from each person / $200 from each team goes into the prize fund + Added Monies.
There will also be a HUGE team auction !

The field is limited to the first 32 teams.
The Payouts, based on 32 teams with $2,000 Added are as follows:
$3,000 to 1st place!
$2,000 to 2nd, $1,000 to 3rd, $800 to 4th, $500 to 5th and 6th and $300 to 7th and 8th places.
*The $2,000 Added is based on 32 teams.
The event takes place on Saturday, April 29th and Sunday, April 30th.
Match times on Saturday will be from Noon until 9pm
on Sunday the match times will be Noon until completed.
All Teams Must Be Present By Noon - NO Exceptions
The event is a team race to 9 (No Hcps), Double Elimination
Ball-In-Hand Express Rules will be used with the Loser Breaks
All Matches will be played on 9' Tables

receive free entry fees to all $1,000 or $2,000 added "OPEN" events

otherwise specified. However, all players must buy the Viking Tour Card
and

All players must have a Viking Cue Open 9-Ball Tour Card for the 05/06
season to compete in our events at a cost of only $20.

There was a major fire across the street that burnt down half the block. Some bricks landed on top of the pool hall from an explosion. That must have been a hell of an explosion. It burnt much of the kitchen and so forth up at the pool hall. I talked to the owner last time I went through there (a month ago) and he said they will have it remodeled and up and running in time for it.

I don't know if that is what you wanted to know or not, but there you go.
