Anybody know anything about these? Buttcap is stamped with "Vintage" and a roman-numeral 10(X). https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1415410008524963&set=pcb.1134141266689724&type=3&theater Wondering what type pin they used on these. Its a QR of some kind.

I think they are made by the same company that makes Lucasi cues, but perhaps a cheaper version.
